Mucosaläsionen > 5 mm, sonst wie Grad A
Grad C
Über 2 oder mehrere Mucoslängsfalten konfluierende Mucosaläsionen, aber <
75% des Gesamtumfangs des Ösophagus.
Grad D
Mucosaläsionen > 75% des Gesamtumfangs des Ösophagus
